Birmingham Photography
The first photographs of Birmingham I took in 2009. I started The Birmingham Photography project in 2014.
But a true beginning was at the Covid time. I came back to work in the factory at the start of May 2020. The town center was empty. I heard the echo of my steps on Friday afternoon at New Street.
I have been thinking about people who have been locked in houses and flats like in cages. It was sad. So, I had an idea that if people can’t come to Birmingham, I will bring Birmingham to people ;)
I believe that being proud of your place can help you to feel better. This is why I choose to see Birmingham as a beautiful and modern city!
Covid gone. But I am still on this mission. I believe that this is my meaning of life here, in Birmingham
What’s next?
The plan for 2023 is to change Birmingham Photography from my own project to a community. I would like to do FREE photo walks and workshops this year. I hope you will enjoy it!
